We wish to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. However, due to the nature of our products — it’s impossible for us to accept returns. We’re sure you will be happy with our product but, if you’re in any way dissatisfied with what you have received, we are willing to set things right for each and every single customer.

Please bear in mind, due to our product being perishable, our courier will not take responsibility if the customer was not present at the time of delivery. If an attempt was made, the liability for the loss of goods lies therefore with the customer unfortunately and not Hoxton Halal Co.
